nice pool the place was cheap nice walk to down town YES I would stay there again because it was my price.
owners seamed nice enough but they make it no secret they live there lots of junk to look at I mean I like stuff too but no one likes to look at useless junk cheap cheap you get what you pay for cheap

Fine and cheap rooms with a full kitchen. Marvellous location, a short way from Magic Carpet Golf, really enjoyed this place. Courteous and pleasant staff during our stay.

shower pressure. nice upgrade to a king bed, but the queen would have probably been fine.
the bed didnt really fit in the room. the door was kinda broken. weird parking situation, dangerous.

The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The location was perfect near the University of Arizona college and Downtown Tucson. The pool area was large and had a nice place to relax on the patio. Will stay again.

Convenient Location
This place is located close to Etherton Gallery, so you won't have to travel far to check it out. It's also only a 21-minute drive to the airport, and there's a bus stop nearby 🚌.

It was old but quaint loveed the retro feel very clean and the staff was awsome. Was able to park my trailer with out any hassel. I'm so glad to have stayed.
The outside coull have been cleaner and it would be so much more inviting. The pluming fixtures (handles) should be replaced they are old and hard to turn on and off.
